在这里，为了消除自己的疑惑，我想办法找到一套中文词汇系统与英文中的相关词汇一一对应，这可以帮助我更好地阅读英文资料，而不会被找不到中文词汇与之相对应的英文词汇所阻碍。当然，一致的词汇系统有利于传播。

我知道越野跑发展的最基础动力是跑者（包括爱好者和竞技者），但将准确的越野跑的定义以传递给对此缺少认知的人同样重要，这就是文章码出来的意义。

二、阐述定义词汇的思考法则

第一步，确认一组中英文对应关系

比如越野跑=trail running，并给予越野跑这个中文词汇以明确的定义，以此作为思考的起点；

第二步，尽力找出英文中的相关词汇；

第三，把找到的英文词汇翻译成中文，在翻译过程中同时做合并同类项，翻译过程也是定义的过程，此步骤和后面的步骤存在重合；

第四步，根据英文词汇的定义，给出中文词汇与之相对应的词汇，如果英文词汇没有清晰的定义，试着给出确切定义；

第五步，按照包含关系分类，根据分类结果，修正中文词汇定义，使得不同词汇所指的交叉范围最小。

三、定义词汇流程如下

第一，将越野跑（trail running）定义为一种在非公路路面进行的跑步类型。

例如草地、土路、碎石路，单次越野跑中公路路面距离不超过总距离的50%，区别公路路面是非常重要的一个环节。

第二，把能想到的，以及网络上能搜索到的与越野跑相关的英文词汇列出来，不分先后。

mountain running、hill running、fell running、mountain marathon、skyrunning、endurance running、cross country running、park running、ultra running、ultra trail running、ultra marathon。

第三，逐个给出对应的中文翻译。
